Winter Street Ventures (WSV) is a Boston-based venture capital firm and healthcare innovation accelerator. Founded in 2016 by seasoned healthcare operator Chris Palmieri, WSV is driven by a mission to reengineer healthcare through innovation, technology, and artificial intelligence.

Chris Palmieri has led six $1B+ healthcare companies over 27 years, including Commonwealth Care Alliance, which he guided through a successful exit to a mission-aligned, well-scaled health plan. He led Remedy Partners, which was ultimately acquired for $405M by Signify Health (later acquired by CVS for $8B) and founded the health insurance division at VNS Health, driving $2.5B topline revenue and returning $1B in surplus dividends. Today, Chris brings his operator expertise to venture, already delivering top-quartile returns with seed investments in breakthrough companies like Cityblock Health, Lynx and instED.
